Registration Fees (Excluding Tax): Early bird rates apply before 5th November 2025. Standard rates apply after this date.

Group Discount: We offer a 10% discount for group registrations of 5–10 delegates from the same organization.
Payment Methods: We accept the following payment options: • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) • Bank Deposit • Cash • Telegraphic Transfer (TT) • Visa cards
Note: Cheques are not accepted.
Terms & Conditions
Payment Requirement: Registration forms must be accompanied by full payment to be processed. Delegates with outstanding balances will be required to settle payment in full, even if they miss the first day.
On-site Payment: Cash/Visa payments will be accepted at the Conference Registration Desk on 1st December 2025.
Refund Policy: Cancellations received before 5th November 2025 will be refunded at 70% of the total registration fee. • No refunds will be issued after this date. • Substitutions are allowed with written authorization from the original registrant. • If RMFA cancels the conference, all paid registration fees will be fully refunded.
