All prospective members of RMFA are required to complete this registration form. Membership runs from June to July every year. Please Indicate any changes appropriately.

    Associate Associate membership is open to all who share RMFA’s mission and vision or wish to help advance them but cannot be full members (Restricted from voting, holding office or chairing committees) $100 Associate

    Institutional Institutional Membership is open to any institution managing records and information. Membership allows transfer of membership to replaced personnel $300 Institutional

    Permission to use photographic images

    Photographs of RMFA members may be used in various RMFA communications including newsletters and website. Group photographs taken at RMFA events may be used without identifying individual members. For individual photographs, please indicate your permission for use:
